Check -in and Check-out Policy 

Check-in: 2:00PM

Check-out: 12:00NN 

Early Check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. 

No Smoking Policy 

Smoking & Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available. *A PHP 3,000 penalty fee will be charged for violations. 

Breakfast Policy 

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the designated dining areas: La Fora Restaurant and La Fora Cafe. 

4. Registered Guests Only Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. 

5. Care for the Space Please treat the home as your own. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly. 

No Parties or Events 

Casa Trasera is a space for rest and relaxation.                   

Turn Off When Not in Use 

Kindly switch off lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the room. 

Pet Policy 

Pets are allowed only with prior approval from management and subject to a PHP 1,000 per night for cleaning and maintainance fee. 

Safety and Security Policy 

Guests are advised to secure their valuables. Items left behind will be kept for 14 days. 

Lost Key Policy 

In case of a lost key or misplaced room key, a PHP 1,500 replacement fee will be charged. This fee covers the cost of key replacement and security maintenance. 

Linens Policy 

Guest are responsible for any damage or stains to linens. Fees range from PHP 1,000 to 5,000 depending on the severity and type of stain. 

Breakages and Damages Policy 

Guests are responsible for any breakages and damages of hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will depend on the type and extent of the damages. 

Lost Items Policy ( Charges) 

Guests will be charged for any lost or missing items inside the room. The corresponding fee will depend on the value of the item. 

The following charges apply: 

Bath Towel - PHP 1,000 * 

Face Towel - PHP 300 * 

Hand Towel - PHP 300 * 

TV Remote - PHP 1,000 * 

Aircon Remote - PHP 1,000 * 

Hair Dryer - PHP 2,500 

Security Deposit Policy 

A ₱2,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will cover any incidental charges, damages, lost items, or policy violations that may occur during the guest’s stay. *The security deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after the room has been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, with no damages, missing items, or unpaid charges
